Terms of Service

Sureelo provides AI-generated Hindi music. You give us a prompt or pick a template, we generate a song (lyrics + music + cover art). Generation is probabilistic — output varies between runs even for the same prompt.

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Accounts are for personal use. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

• Credits are a one-time purchase. They do not expire while your account is active.
• Credit packs come in three sizes — ₹79 (5 songs), ₹149 (12 songs), ₹399 (40 songs, with commercial license). Prices include GST. Visit /pricing for the live list.
• Songs cost 1–3 credits each depending on duration (30–60s = 1 credit, 90–120s = 2, 150–180s = 3).
• Failed generations are auto-refunded. See refund policy.
• Free signup credits and free previews are promotional and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The songs you generate are yours to use — personal sharing, family events, WhatsApp, gifts.
• Commercial use (YouTube monetization, Instagram Reels with brand sponsorship, wedding videos sold to clients, film soundtracks, ads) requires a Family (₹399) plan or higher.
• Sureelo retains a non-exclusive license to display your songs on the public “trending” section unless you mark them private.
• You confirm you own the rights to any names, characters, or references in your prompt. We are not responsible if you put copyrighted lyrics in our system.

You may not use Sureelo to generate:

• Hateful content targeting any caste, religion, region, gender, or community.
• Sexually explicit content involving anyone.
• Content impersonating real public figures in defamatory or misleading ways.
• Content that violates Indian law (terrorism, child safety, etc.).
• Spam, scams, or content designed to harass specific individuals.

Violations result in account suspension without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally compelled.

Generative AI is not perfect. Sometimes pronunciation will be off, lyrics will be repetitive, or the music won't match your mental image. That is the nature of the technology. Failed generations are refunded; aesthetic dislikes are not.

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee it. Maintenance windows are announced via email when possible. Sureelo depends on third-party AI providers (WaveSpeed, DeepSeek); if they go down, we go down. Credit balances are not lost during downtime.

You can delete your account anytime from /account or by emailing support@sureelo.com. Unused credits at deletion are forfeited unless they were purchased within the last 7 days (in which case you can request a pro-rata refund per the refund policy).

There is no subscription to cancel — credits are one-time.

Sureelo's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential losses (e.g., a wedding song not being ready on time, lost business from a delayed Reel).

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active users 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Sureelo after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. We prefer to resolve disputes by email first — contact legal@sureelo.com.
